3 million square feet of the mixed-use, 38-story tall complex consists of 21 floors of office space, 3 stories of fitness club, and 7 floors of an upscale hotel on a 30,000 SF site. The top two floors feature an observatory, a ballroom, a restaurant, and a roof top garden. The two below grade floors include existing retail, subway access and parking.
• Developed the comprehensive design solution for the mixed use complex while meeting the expectations of the every stakeholder.
• Designed and developed the tower design while coordinating with consultants onboard.
• Led marketing coordination and collaborated across multiple parties including the ownership, hotel user group.
