LEED Platinum, 354,000 SF, 20-story tower.

New 320,000-square-foot Class A office tower and a major 34,000 square feet renovation of Key System Building that was originally built in 1911. SKS has obtained entitlements and Ellis Partners took over to build.

• Designed the new office tower while coordinating with the consultants onboard.

• Produced design reports and presented to the client to develop the design.
