Seongnam City Hall, Seongnam, Korea, 800,000 SF Office/Council Chamber/Auditorium.

As the winner of an invited international design competition, the joint team of KMD Architects/Samoo Architects and Engineers designed a new city hall and city council, which blends together civic and cultural center functions in 800,000 SF, 130 feet tall structure.
• Developed the design of the new city hall while working with the city and the general public of Seongnam district.
• Prepared design reports and presented to the city officials.
